International Network of Centres of Excellence
A growing family of centres of excellence, from Canada outward.
The first international sister centre, launched in Quito with seven universities and the Canadian embassy.
The Centro Ecuatoriano de Excelencia Anticorrupción launched in Quito on 12 February 2020 — the first centre outside Canada built on the CCEAC model.
It was founded with seven Ecuadorian universities, the CERES consortium and the support of the Canadian embassy, and it operates independently under Ecuadorian leadership. CEEA adapts the collective-action approach to its own legal and business environment rather than importing a Canadian template wholesale.
CEEA maintains its own site at ceea.uazuay.edu.ec.
